Shapefile with Comprehensive Opportunity for Connecticut census tracts

This shapefile contains data on Z-scores for each of the opportunity categories and the comprehensive opportunity by census tracts for the state of Connecticut. 

The shapefile contains the following variables:

1.  FID         -       The unique ID for each record in the table

2.  Shape       -       Geographic shape (Polygon)

3.  GEO_ID      -       The GIS-compatible Geographic Identifier

4.  Geography   -       Census Tract Number with County name

5.  Z_Econ_Opp  -       Z-score for opportunity based on Economic and Mobility Indicators
                      
6.  Z_HN_Opp    -       Z-score for opportunity based on Housing and Neighborhood Indicators
                       
7.  Z_Educ_Opp  -       Z-score for opportunity based on Education indicators
                       
8.  Comp_Opp_1  -       Comprehensive opportunity score as an average of, Housing and Neighborhood;Economic and Mobility;and Education opportunities Z-scores:
	                (Formula: (Z_Econ_Opp + Z_HN_Opp + Z_Educ_Opp)/3)
9.  Opp_Index   -       Opportunity ranking

* - The Z-score is adjusted to ensure positive values of Z-score correspond to positive outcomes of the indicator
