The shapefile contains the following variables:
1.  OBJECTID    -       The unique ID for each record in the table

2.  ID          -       The GIS-compatible Geographic Identifier

3.  SRC_FIELD   -       Number of jobs for 2000 interpolated from zip code data unto censustracts (Source:County business Pattern) 
    (EMP_2005)

4.  SRC_FIEL_1  -       Number of jobs for 2005 interpolated from zip code data unto censustracts (Source:County Business Pattern)  
    (EMP_2000)

5.  Z_PROXIMIT  -       z-score based PROXIMITY (number of jobs within 5 miles of censustract centroids) 
                        (Formula: (PROXIMITY - Mean)/Standard Deviation)

6.  MC_TIME     -       Average time to commute for the residents of censustracts (Source: Census 2000)

7.  Z_MC_TIME   -       Z_score based on MC_TIME (Formula: (MC_TIME(MEAN_TRA) - Mean)/Standard Deviation)

8.  ZADJ_MC_TI  -       Adjusted Z-score based on Z_MC_TIME (Formula: -Z_MC_TIME)

9.  UNEMPRATE   -       Unemployment Rate (Formula: UNEMP_CY/CIVLBFR_CY)

10. Z_UEMP_RAT  -       z-score based on UNEMPRATE (Formula: (UNEMPRATE - Mean)/Standard Deviation)

11. ZADJ_UEMP_  -       Adjusted Z-score based on Z_UEMP_RAT (Formula: -Z_UEMP_RAT)

12. ECON_CHANG  -       Change in the number of jobs(employees) from 2000 to 2005 within 5 miles of each censustract
                        (Formula: EMP_2005(SRC_FIELD)- EMP_2000(SRC_FIEL_1))

13. Z_ECON_CH   -       z-score based on ECON_CHANG (Formula: (ECON_CHANG - Mean)/Standard Deviation)

14. Z_ECON_ALT  -       Z-score for opportunity based on Economic and Mobility Indicators
                        (Formula: Z_PROXIMIT + ZADJ_MC_TI + ZADJ_UEMP_ + Z_ECON_CH + ADJZ_PA_MA)/5)

15. PA_HOUSEHO  -       Households With public assistance income
   
16. NPA_HOUSEH  -       Households Without public assistance income

17. NON_PA_HOU  -       Aggregate Households (Formula: PA_HOUSEHO + NON_PA_HOU) 

18. P_PA_HOUS   -       Ratio of Households With public assistance income (Formula: PA_HOUSEHO/ NON_PA_HOU)

19. Z_CHECK     -       Z-score based on P_PA_HOUS (Formula: (P_PA_HOUS - Mean)/Standard Deviation)

20. ADJZ_PA_MA  -       Adjusted Z-score based on Z_CHECK (Formula: -Z_CHECK)

21. TotLbrFrce  -       Total number of workers in civilian labor force in 2000 (Source: Census 2000)
